Yas Marina Brunch Club – Participation Terms and Conditions

Please read these Participation Terms and Conditions carefully.

These Participation Terms and Conditions, together with any additional policies or guidelines pertaining to the Yas Marina Brunch Club campaign running from Saturday, 24th January 2026 to Saturday, 25th April 2026, as may be published and updated from time to time (including the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy) (the “Terms”), apply to and govern participation in the Yas Marina Brunch Club campaign in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (the “Campaign”).

The Campaign is organized and promoted by Yas Asset Management LLC, referred to herein as “Yas Asset Management LLC” or “Yas Marina”.

Promotional Period

• The Campaign will run from 10:00 am on Saturday, 24th January 2026 until 11:59 pm on Saturday, 25th April 2026 (the “Campaign Period”).
• The last date to submit an eligible brunch receipt on the campaign website is 11:59 pm on Monday, 27th April 2026.
• The raffle draw will take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 29th April 2026.

Eligibility

• Participation is open to individuals aged 21 years and above at the time of entry.
• Participants must be legal residents of the United Arab Emirates.
• Employees of Yas Asset Management LLC, its affiliates, agencies, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Participation is free and no purchase is required other than a qualifying brunch purchase as defined below.

Participating Venues

Qualifying brunches must be purchased at one of the following Yas Marina venues:

• Bla Bla Bar
• Stars N Bars
• Mika
• Diablito
• Bar Du Port

Yas Marina reserves the right to amend the list of participating venues at any time during the Campaign Period.

How the Campaign Works

• Participants must dine at a qualifying brunch at a participating venue during the Campaign Period.
• To enter the raffle, participants must submit their brunch receipt via the official campaign website, yasmarinabrunchclub.ae, no later than 11:59 pm on Monday, 27th April 2026.
• Participants must complete all required fields on the online entry form, including personal information and bill details.

Receipt Submission Rules

• Each participant may submit one (1) receipt per entry.
• A receipt may only be submitted once and by one participant only. Duplicate submissions of the same receipt, whether by the same person or by different individuals, will be disqualified.
• If a receipt includes multiple brunches purchased on the same bill at a participating venue, each brunch will be counted as one (1) entry into the raffle.
• The number of brunches purchased (“Brunches on Bill”) must be declared by the participant during submission and will be verified manually by the Yas Marina team.
• Group dining receipts may not be submitted by multiple participants. Where a group dines together and pays using a single receipt, only one participant may submit that receipt. Participants wishing to enter individually must have separate receipts.
• Yas Marina reserves the right to reject any receipt that is illegible, altered, incomplete, duplicated, does not clearly indicate a qualifying brunch purchase, or cannot be reasonably verified.

Multiple Entries

• Participants may submit multiple valid entries during the Campaign Period, provided each entry is supported by a unique, eligible receipt.
• Yas Marina reserves the right to cap or limit the number of entries derived from a single receipt or participant at its sole discretion, in line with Department of Economic Development (DED) regulations.

Disqualification

• Entries containing incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information will be disqualified.
• Receipts from non-brunch meals, other promotions, discounts, or non-participating venues are not eligible and will result in immediate disqualification.
• Yas Marina’s determination of eligibility and validity of entries is final and binding.

Raffle Draw and Winners

• A random electronic raffle draw will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 29th April 2026, in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Economic Development (DED), Abu Dhabi.
• The draw will be supervised by the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
• Five (5) winners will be selected.

Winning Restrictions

• Each participant may win only one (1) prize during the Campaign.
• If a participant’s name is selected more than once during the raffle draw, only the first valid winning entry will be honored. Any subsequent selections will be void and a re-draw will be conducted.

Prizes

Each winner will receive:

• One luxury dinner cruise voucher aboard Rose Royal, redeemable between 01st May 2026 and 30th November 2026, subject to:
  • Advance reservation directly with the Rose Royal team
  • Availability at the time of booking
  • Applicable blackout dates
  • The cruise operator’s own terms and conditions
• One Yas Marina gift bag

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Yas Marina reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
• Yas Marina is not responsible for any costs incurred by winners in connection with the prize, including transportation, incidental expenses, or additional services not expressly included.
• Prize redemption is at the sole risk of the winner and subject to the prize provider’s terms and conditions.

Winner Notification and Claim

• Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone using the contact details provided during entry.
• Winners may be required to present a valid Emirates ID or passport for verification.
• Prizes not claimed within 30 days of winner notification will be forfeited without compensation.

General Terms and Conditions

1. All information submitted must be accurate and complete.
2. Yas Marina’s decisions regarding eligibility, receipt validation, entry verification, and winner selection are final and binding.
3. Yas Marina reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
4. Yas Marina is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues related to website access or submission.
5. Participation in the Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Data Privacy and Marketing

• Participation in the Campaign is subject to the Yas Marina Brunch Club Privacy Notice.
• Personal data collected includes full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and receipt details.
• Data will be used to administer the Campaign, validate entries, contact winners, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Marketing communications will only be sent to participants who have provided explicit consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Final Authority

All decisions made by Yas Marina in connection with the Campaign, including eligibility, entry validation, and prize allocation, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
